Rod Binny

Stud Principal | Breeding Program Lead

Rod oversees the direction of the Glenlea breeding program and leads all major genetic selection decisions. With decades of hands-on experience in commercial and seedstock cattle, his focus remains on performance-recorded Charolais genetics that deliver reliable performance in practical beef production systems.


He is responsible for long-term genetic progress, herd structure and ensuring Glenlea’s relevance to real production environments.


Bridget Peachey

Bridget Peachey

Operations Manager

Bridget coordinates Glenlea Beef’s operations, including performance data management, marketing and client communications.



Her role supports informed breeding decisions and ensures accurate, timely information is available to both the business and commercial clients.


James Dockrill

James Dockrill

Bull & Female Preparation

James oversees the development and preparation of Glenlea bulls and females, focusing on growing out cattle in sound, working condition suited to commercial production.



Based in the Northern Rivers region of NSW, he also supports bull sales through cattle preparation, presentation and on-ground marketing assistance.

Young Bull & Livestock Management

Alfie manages the day-to-day care and development of young bulls, including growing-out programs, animal husbandry and performance data collection.



His role supports the preparation of sale and working bulls to ensure cattle are managed for durability and long-term performance.

Kevin & Lyn Beale

Livestock & Farm Support

Kev assists with cattle handling and general farm maintenance, supporting the smooth operation of livestock management activities across the business, while Lyn plays an important role in early-life animal care, including poddy calf management, supporting welfare outcomes across the herd.
